Privacy notice

When you use the form on our contact page, we collect what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we hold your email address and what you send.

We collect nothing else. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We do not track your visit, build a profile of you or follow you around the web.

We use your details for one purpose: to answer your request. That might mean replying to your message, arranging a conversation or preparing the buyer map you asked for. We do not add you to a marketing list.

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us, and then we delete them.

Only the people at Bookings Flow who handle your request. We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them, and we never will. Where we use a service provider to receive form messages, they handle the data on our behalf and for no other purpose.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it at any time. Write to hallie.quinn@bookingsflow.co or send the request through our contact form. If you reply "stop" to any message from us, we will not contact you again.

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page.
